Cancellation Policy

We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair — here’s exactly how it works:

• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund, no questions asked.
• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund.
• 10–30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.

No-shows are treated the same as a completed stay. If a reservation isn’t canceled within the windows above, the dates are considered fully booked and no refund will be given.

Cleaning fees and taxes are never charged if you don’t stay — any refund due includes these in full.

Your security deposit is collected before arrival and released according to the terms of your rental agreement.
