Booking & Payments

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our website. Reservations and payments are processed securely by our booking providers and their payment processors. When you book directly, payment is handled through our direct-booking provider (Hospitable) and its third-party payment processor. When you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another listing platform, your payment is handled entirely by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the booking and contact details needed to host your stay — not your card details.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and (where applicable) support advertising. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Guests may opt in to receive text messages from us related to their reservation and stay, including check-in instructions, property access details, and responses to guest inquiries. Message frequency varies; guests typically receive 2–8 messages per stay. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing practices described elsewhere in this policy, including the advertising and analytics sharing described above. Information may be shared with our SMS service providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver messages to you.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, manage your reservation and stay, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
